Blasting

Timco has been performing abrasive and non-abrasive blasting since the beginning of the company in 1989 to properly clean and remove corrosion of a surface prior to applying a protective coating. Some of the media Timco uses to receive the requested finish are: Sand, Soda, Walnut, Black Beauty, Water, and Glass.

We currently have blasting capabilities at both yards as well as a mobile field crew that is highly trained in both blasting and coating.

Metalizing is a substitute for protecting metals with coatings and paints that is proven to protect longer and is more durable. Metalizing is a proven process, which has been used around the world for 90 years. Steel of every shape and size may be metalized by Timco employees either in-shop before construction or on-site instead of repainting. Our on-site metalizing bay is 30’x60’ and mobile metalizing is also available.

Timco performs blasting and coating services in the field and in-house. Timco is also capable of transporting equipment from your facilities to ours using in-house Timco trucking.

Demolition

Throughout Timco’s history, we have gained several employees with demolition experience, from management to field personnel. So, with this experience, combined with Timco’s heavy equipment assets, Timco became a demolition contractor.

Timco's sister company is Environmental Action, an asbestos, lead, and environmental remediation company also experienced in demolition. Environmental Action, Inc. has bonding capabilities of $5,000,000.00 per project with a Treasury Listed and “A” rated bonding company. This allows Timco to take on most demolition projects head on.

Dust Control

Timco offers onsite dust and airborne contaminates control. We have trained employees and operators to handle any project from asbestos and lead dust to blasting and confined construction dust.

Dust control helps reduce the risk of the employee and surrounding public’s inhalation of dust, silica and other harmful contaminates. It also increases the life of surrounding equipment or anything that may be affected by dust.

All dust units are completely mobile with various sizes of ducting, adaptors, fittings and manifolds.

Trucking

Timco offers trucking from large to small jobs. In 2008, Timco purchased its own trucks and DOT authority. This gives our customers a one-call-does-it-all option. When customers have a piece of equipment, but no means of transportation for that equipment, Timco has the solution. We provide Hot-Shot services as well as tractor trailer. Trailer lengths are: 20, 30, 40, and 53 feet, as well as box trailers and pneumatic sand trailers.

Timco trucking is also capable of disposal of material containing lead and is in the process of becoming certified to transport asbestos containing material.
